There are a lot of changes to include updates to the time determination process. Do not skip any of these videos and make sure you are reviewing the 2026 Rulebook and its amendments, the GMA, and your vendor (Team Unify, Time Drops, Dolphin) checklists/guides!

Part 1: Foundations Recap, Meet Types, & Unattached Swimmers

A quick review of the Foundations of Officaiting and our meet types. Also, some important information regarding unattached swimmer entries. Slides area available below.

Note about Intra-squad meets: Teams may hold no more than four (4) intra-squad meets per season. Intra-squad meets will follow the same sanctioning process as regular season meets and will be published to the EFSL schedule. Exception: teams are not required to declare their intra-squad meet prior to the publishing of the league schedule.

You will need to update and/or create your swimmers' profiles on Swimcloud before the season starts. They need to mirror your system's profiles.
Make sure you talk with your parents about the negative impacts of not reporting updates made to swimmer profiles on your system. Over the past two seasons, parents have created a lot of problems on TU when they decide to add/remove middle initials, add/remove hyphenated names, or correct date of births.
- This is not an isolated Swimcloud issue, this affects all roster management software. More importanlty, it impacts the EFSL's Team Manager database for the All Stars award!
