End-of-Season Records Report. At the end of the season, you may wish to run a report of all team records broken during this season.
To do that, run as before, but check the ‘Use Since Date’ box, and enter ‘09/01/XX’, (substituting the beginning year of the season for the “XX”).
Select LCM records, then run the report.
Repeat for SCM records.
Note: Records will print by gender, with mixed gender records (relays) listed separately at the end of the report.
This optional report is generated by the team’s admin official for their own team. If your coach likes to see this report, here are the instructions:
Open Team Manager.
Select [Reports] → [Meet Reports] → [Meet Results]
Select current meet
Select your team from Team drop-down list
Splits: ‘Cumulative’
Events: ‘Individual and Relays’
Standards tab:
Standards: ‘EFSL’ from drop-down list

Select [Create Report] → click Export Report icon → [OK] → [OK]
Navigate to your meet results folder → [Save]
This report can be generated after the first meet of the season. It mirrors the EFSL’s qualifiers report (standings) report and allows parents and swimmers to easily see if their swimmer is above or below the cut line for swimming at Champs. SDC and LDC standings reports should be run separately, but the procedure is the same for each.
Age-Up Settings. Begin by checking the age-up settings. Typically, the system will be set to age-up to today, so that each swimmer’s age is reflected accurately. To run a team standings report, you will want to age-up the swimmers to reflect their age as of the championship meet.
Open Team Manager
Select [Set-up] → [Preferences] → [System Preferences]
Uncheck ‘Always Age-Up to Today’ → [OK].
This will close the window and you will have to open it and go into it again in the next step. If you don’t close out of it, the system will not acknowledge that you have unchecked ‘Always Age-Up to Today’ and will not let you age-up to a different date.
Select [Set-up] → [Preferences] → [System Preferences]
Under System Age-Up Date, use the drop-down to select the first day of the championship meet (either LDC or SDC, whichever report you plan to run).
Select [Age-Up] → [Yes] → [OK]
You have now “aged-up” all athletes in the system. This means that the database will treat all athletes as if they were already whatever age they WILL BE on the date selected and list them accordingly in all reports. This is a very important step to make sure that swimmers who have birthdays during the season are listed with the age group with which they will be competing at the championship meet.
Report Custom Age Groups
Since the EFSL doesn’t use standard age groups that are already memorized in the report options, we have to designate how we will want to list our events and age groups in our reports.
Select [Set-up] → [Preferences] → [Report Custom Age Groups]
If there are age groups and events already listed on the left side of the screen, review them to make sure they include all of the events and age groups you need.

Add a new age group: click on the blank page icon or [Add], then enter the low and high ages for the group. For 10 & Under, you would leave the first box blank and enter 10 in the second box. For a single age group, you would enter the same age twice, e.g. 11-11 for the 11-year-old age group. Then click [OK].
