The new meet announcement templates are available in Google Docs and MS Word formats. Any text in red must be updated and changed to black. Any highlighted text provides information and must be removed before submission. 

Double-check that your meet name is consistent across all platforms:

• Meet Announcement

• Meet File (under set-up)

• Meet Mobile / Time Drops search name

You meet name is available on Swimcloud. If you team did not provide a "fun" meet name, it will have the new EFSL naming standards:

• 3+ teams: {Team} {Month} Invite or Invitational

  • Ex. Aviano December Invite or Sea Dragons October Invitational

• 2 teams: {Team} versus {Team}

  • Ex. Kingfish vs. Piranhas or Kaiserslautern vs. Stuttgart

• Intrasquad: {Full Team Name} Intrasquad Meet (Name from Meet Announcement Template)

  • Ex. Sigonella Swordfish Intrasquad Meet
