The new meet announcement Swimcloud section templates are available on the EFSL website.
These are the most common errors teams make when creating their meet announcement. If you have any questions about where to place data, reach out to the Sanction Chair or League Administrative Official, before submitting, to help save time with the review process.
Meet Names
The EFSL no longer uses the old format: TTTYYMMDD
If your team did not provide a "fun" meet name, it will have the new EFSL naming standards:
3+ teams: {Team} {Month} Invite or Invitational
Ex. Aviano December Invite or Sea Dragons October Invitational
2 teams: {Team} versus {Team}
Ex. Kingfish vs. Piranhas or Kaiserslautern vs. Stuttgart
All Intrasquad Meets: {Full Team Name} Intrasquad Meet
Ex. Sigonella Swordfish Intrasquad Meet
Attending Teams
The list of attending teams is available on your meet's Swimcloud page. *Make sure you select "More" to see all teams.
The unattached "team" is a placeholder for generating entries. They are not an actual team and do not count towards the total number of teams for scoring purposes.
Pool Depth
The Pool Configuration MUST have a pool depth. Make sure you add this to the facility description of your pool.
3 meter depth throughout the course with or without competition starting blocks OR 1.80 meters at the start-end and 1.37 meters at the turn-end, with or without competition starting blocks.
Entry Deadline

Pre-seed Scratch Deadline
No later than two (2) days before the meet start date.
